The French side is concentrating on European cuisine, mainly French and Italian, as well as Antillean cooking. Most of its fine restaurants are in Grand Case, the "Gourmet Capital" of the Caribbean, but there is also excellent dining in Marigot, Mont Vernon and French Cul-de-Sac area.

As there are so many restaurants, not even included the roadside stands and "Lolo´s", we split the overview into the Dutch and French side.
